Polymer clay is one of my favorite things to work with. A few years ago, I picked up some clay for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised with how fun and easy it was to work with. There are so many unique and beautiful things that you can create with just polymer clay and a few simple tools. One technique is to mix in a bright color with plain white clay to get a sort of watercolor effect. I absolutely love these faux marble clay gift tags by Craft Hunter. What’s genius is that Fiona just used white clay and a black marker to create the marbled effect. I definitely am going to get out the clay and try this technique.
The subtle marble looks gorgeous against the black and white paper and the pop of neon pink. These diamonds would also easily turn into modern Christmas ornaments. If you are new to working with Polymer clay, check out this post with tips for beginners and 9 simple projects to help you get started.
